Find your IP address: https://www.whatismyip.com/
Test the real-time spam list matching your IP:
 
Check IPTools.com
 
Make sure that:
Your mail server is not open mail relay
Your mail server has reverse IP address
Your mail server has SPF dns recored
There are online tools that you can use to help analyze your emails for trigger phrases. I think they just use SA on the backend to generate a ranking.
